Only a recent issue and ps5 is less than a year old!

I have Reset, re-Synced, deleted and reinstalled media library, have done the 'rebuild' thingy too, have had this EXACT issue for nearly 2 weeks now and I am going Cray Cray!!!! Ps5 app can't even receive the uploads like i used to! Constantly have the 'spinning wheel of loading death' on the app 🫩😤😓 PLEASE HELP!!!!
