I am a GenZ in corporate. It's been 2 years I am working I graduated in 2024. But the thing is unlike most GenZ I am more mature than my age it's because of my family dynamics I had to become more mature even in university but now I see alot of genz use this term to get free ride from seniors and even if I want to use it for my benefits my intellect and maturity makes it look like I am responsible and reliable person but tbh I want to be the chill one I have carried the responsible kid tag for so long from childhood it's getting suffocating. I feel ugly when I see a Genz treated as a kid in workplace and I am as a serious person.
