I got accepted as a waitlisted student, is it still worth it to go? (Accounting major)

Hello. I was originally waitlisted at CSULB since my major was Accounting and I can imagine the business pathway must have been competitive. I recently got accepted yesterday, and it was my top school choice, but I am afraid if it is still plausible to attend the school.

They sent out waitlist acceptances before the guarentee housing deadline (May 1st), and I basically live 2 hours away from the campus and I don't know if I will still be able to get a dorm or even if I can find off campus housing. (I can't drive either so I can't commute.)

Also, I already submitted my SIR/Deposit at another university (Riverside), so I am not sure if its still worth it to suddenly change schools. My net cost is cheaper at the other school but it's not the best school for my major and honestly I prefer Long Beach anyways.

To any other students who came to LB as a waitlisted student, how was it for you to find housing and your experience since you are basically behind by 2 months when it comes to enrollment, especially for business majors? I would really appreciate any help and support. Go Beach!
