70 Year Old Knife - Still Sharp!
My grandfather got it "new" from his mother, who worked as a household cook back in Greece, and brought it with him when he immigrated to the US. Cooked in diners his whole life, and now it's my grandmother's every day knife. He only used 4 knives - this knife, a paring knife, a cleaver, and a very long serrated knife.
He died over twenty years ago, but i thought the community would get a kick out of this. It is still very sharp and strong. Posting on a burner in case I have a cousin in this sub.
