Professor

I never thought to look up the professors of the classes I was taking on rate my professor until my friend told me that I was stupid for not doing it. Today I looked at them and saw my macroeconomics teacher had a 1.9( Antonio Madrid if anyone has any experience.) This class is my elective and I do not need to take it. Is having a professor rated this low going to make the class entirely miserable? Is it worth dropping?

Class questions

Does elective 3 for my first year mean I can take any entry course that is 3 credits ? Or what classes can I take, I enrolled in a class called ISS 210 Society and the Individual (D) (which I also found out is 4 credits) because I was under the impression that freshman electives had to be under the ISS or IAH tag. I was just hoping someone could verify what elective 3 means and what are examples of classes? Thanks
