How do you manage headaches?

I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's just 2 weeks ago by my naturopath (age 34, family history of it, also had 2 pregnancies--kids age 2 and 5).

I'm trying to supplement naturally and make dietary changes to manage it, but I'm still struggling HARD when headaches hit (stress induced for sure... working on stress).

Waiting to meet with my family doctor to discuss the medication side of the equation if it makes sense for me.

I've heard advil/ibuprofen is bad for Hashi's/autoimmune, but that used to be my go to.

What to I do now so I don't feel like my head is pounding all day? What's worked for you?
