I am considering joining a captive agency to sell Life Insurance, but want to be able to sell Medicare with another agency. The Medicare agency has nothing to do with Life. Is this possible?

I started this Etsy page in 2023 and at times it has been very successful. Recently not so much after the holidays my reviews took a dive due to a major shipping disaster.. I am looking for ways to improve my shop.

Main Questions:

1. One of the things I have recently did was go through my listings and redo some of the titles and pictures and trying to determine if there are any other products I should be selling or anything else I can add to my listings to get the sales up. I have socks listings with different photos and different titles and keywords as well as my other listings wondering if that is too much
2. Also I am wondering if some of my photos look to ai.. I have used ai to help create some of them and I have noticed that other shops have the same types of photos and they are doing really well with sales
3. Also I am wondering if on some of listings are the prices too high

What inspired you to create this shop: I love my dogs and I wanted to create products for people their pets and love to personalize things with their pets, family or friends. I also wanted to create one of kind gifts. I started out just doing socks and the market started to dry up so I introduced party supplies and a few other different products.

What research have you already done on your shop prior to opening: Before I opened my shop I did extensive research on the custom sock market and I know its a great market to be in. I also noticed that socks are more than a novelty item and a great gift and some of the other sellers have really expensive prices for the socks, so I tried to create something that is affordable and also tried to do different themes on the socks so it was not just faces.. I offer golf socks, soccer socks and then just the normal face socks.

^(I am stuck with my current imo because they will not release me.. Are there any good captive companies out there for someone that is new in the industry. I find one that sounds good and then I read the reviews and its all negative.. any good options out there? I am interested in any opportunities that are good and have good training?)
