In recent 3-4 days since the heat is blistering through now does any anyone seeing a significant reduction in mileage, last week I was getting 13-13.8 km/l ok same route same timing same car load same traffic but this week mileage drop by 3 km/l to 9.8-10.7km/l just don't understand.

And one question as a new driver, does when fuel is less in the car does, tank to empty value shown in the meter dips significantly, i have 45-47 km run daily but today the morning when started it was 92 km left and in evening when parked then 18 km only? I drive light foot only, no excessive breaking or sudden acceleration.

Hi anyone know how much is the pay for temp -> FTE conversion, btech, is it worth the wait to stay as temp with qualcomm for HW role.

Soon will be hitting the 2.5 yr mark and the management has asked me they will go for conversion. Should I really trust them or they are just playing it.

Is 2.5 yr really the minimum time need to serve in temp role. How much is the success rate, does it completely depends on manager capabilities.?

Really confused now. Don't have any other offers as of now, didn't look yet to be honest as they talked with him about this.
