On April 19 my return of an HP printer cartridge pack (bought 962 instead of a 952 by mistake) and did not have a receipt. The staff person called over the manager, and he worked it out. It was a good example of a harried manager showing his knowledge of the system in a no-nonsense way. He seems like jus the kind of manager you would want to work for. No kiss-ass customer stuff, just skill.
