Small stall suggestions
Hello,
My highest weight before surgery was 440 lbs. By the time of surgery, I had already gone down to around 404 lbs, and currently I’m around 377.5 lbs.
Over the past week, my weight has been fluctuating up and down, and I’m trying to figure out where I might be making mistakes. I drink around 2.5–3 liters of water daily, get at least 75g of protein per day, and my calorie intake is usually around 700–800 calories. I also do about 45 minutes of walking on the treadmill with an incline, lift weights (usually focusing on one or two muscle groups per session, nothing too intense), and I’m active at work as well. Overall, I average around 9k–11k steps per day.
I’m currently in the pureed stage, and within about 2 months I’ve lost 62.5 lbs, which I’m really happy with and proud of. Lately though, I feel like I’ve hit a bit of a stall, and I’m wondering what I can do to keep progressing.
Did anyone else experience issues around weeks 3–4, or around this stage in general? What changes or improvements helped you get past it?
