hello, i have questions po sana:

1. pano po ba ang notarization process sa PAO? also:

a. will it take the whole day or ilang business days pa?

b. free po ba?

c. may additional requirements pa ba?

2. wala pa po kasi akong copy ng certificate of eligibility (march 2026 taker po ako) would it be possible na mag submit ng other proof (e.g., the ocsergs rating na naka pdf) instead that you passed the CSE?

3. nilagay ko lang po ay N/A sa mga id numbers na wala ako. will that affect my application? since PhilHealth pa ang meron ako and they require the revised 2017 na copy so wala pa yung philsys.
