4th week Reta update

Just did my 4th pin. Started at .5 now at 2mg.
-Officially 5lbs lighter ( as stated previously, I drink around a gallon of water a day so 5lbs fluctuating isn’t that crazy to me usually)
-I have noticed my heart rate is higher during my cardio sessions. (I wear a HR monitor while running)
-I will say, I definitely have felt “food noise going down” for a few days. For instance, I pin on Monday mornings and the noise is low until about Friday when it slowly creeps up. This is probably why I see people pinning twice a week.
-I went out of town for a week and technically didn’t really “watch what I ate” and didn’t gain any weight.

TAKEAWAYS:
-Definitely feel good noise lowering ( for about 5 days straight it’s very low, then starts to come back slowly)
-HR is up higher than normal while working out. (I run 2-3 times a week and lift 2-3 times per week)
-I feel a lot less bloated daily

This is just how I’m reacting, will continue to update next Monday.

3rd week on Reta

-Moving up to 2mg today. I have been on 1, the past two weeks. I have noticed I am full a lot longer. Other than that, “food noise” has went down the smallest smidge. Honestly can’t tell if that’s placebo or not but I’ll take it 🤷🏻‍♂️ -TECHNICALLY the scale says I am 3 lbs lighter. Again though, I fluctuate like that daily. I’m a HUGE water drinker. -I have found that during my runs my HR is definitely increased. (I run with a HR strap)

Although I haven’t really “lost weight” I do think my clothes fit better…… like I said previously in my other posts, I’ll update my findings each week. ✌️

Starting tomorrow morning. Should I just continue my workout as normal? I have a 10 mile run scheduled on the morning…not sure if that’s an issue directly after pinning or not 🧐 I guess that’s just part of the research…..
