2.2L "Vanistan" Insight

Hey everyone. I'm looking at picking up this T25 as a "fly then drive" over stupid distance (~800 miles...yes, I'm preparing for the the worst). From the video, I'm picking up misfires, but curious if anything more glaring/concerning stands out to anyone in this sub. The 2.2L from 11 years ago has 30k on the build; I'm assuming the video is from a cold start. Thanks in advance.

Alrighty fam...I think I'm stupid

Why I'm considering this at $14,000 (seller wanted $21,000) is beyond me— thoughts on this rusty boy? 200k something on the chassis, unsure about mileage on the 2.0 ABA swap...maybe 20k. Everything works, generally clean inside, but I'm having reservations about the seam/body rust.

I am mechanically inclined, and I don't care too much about aesthetics (i.e., I'm not trying to "restore" or show the Westy...just having a relatively consistently running beach box is the goal.), but I am not a welder or body guy. I have no problem/skill concerns sanding, grinding, whatever to slow/prevent the spread.

Obviously, I was unable to pull the galley out to look at the inside of the common problem panel, but I tried to capture the major concerns areas in the photos with the exception of the rusty gutters towards the hatch.

I don't have any friends who share the same mental illness I have concerning old cars, so I'm hoping the braintrust in this sub will provide some guidance/perspective.
