Just had an alar reduction in Shanghai. I asked for the "Ma Sheng Gan" look (Chinese term for "born with it" / ultra-natural). Definitely didn't want it to look "done."🤣

TL;DR: Got a subtle alarplasty in Shanghai. Healing now. Thoughts on the shape and healing process?
