Mama iesko eurovizijos komentaru

There are no 40mg pills in my country. I've taken vyvanse for almost a year. I've tried 30mg, that's way too low. 50mg is way too high. So I went fuck it, started measuring it with a water syringe (mix powder thoroughly and draw 80 out of 100ml).

Basically it worked for a while, but then I got to go up to 50 because working 9 to 5 and gym to help serious chronic backpain was just too much. But then I lost my job and am kind of chilling and working odd jobs, trying to build a freelancing thing for myself (trying is a strong word). Basically my routine is kinda chaotic rn. It's been 4 months living like that, and I definitely don't need the 50mg. My dose has been messy to say the least. I've tried switching between 30 and 50mg capsules bc I have both. Then I went back to the 40mg water thing. But then I had this very draining weekend just now where I was in a situation forced to be up and running for 15 hrs a day and I...increased it to 45mgs and it works? I don't need a lot of caffeine anymore which I do mix with meds when I take 40mgs. But now I'm absolutely confused. So do I take 45mg now? Scared to go to 50 and just because it's a real pill doesn't mean it's perfect for me. I see a lot of people here that are unhappy with both the lower and higher end for different reasons.

And to top it all off, I quit prozac 5 months ago, I am very unstable, and my vyvanse dose is also unstable. My doc prescribed Strattera and I'm scared of even trying it, and I don't think I should do it until my med dose is stabilised..

TLDR is anyone on a random dose like that (35mg, 45mg) because 10mg is too drastic of a difference for you, and you find that it works? What should I do in my scenario? Maybe take 45 for like a month and go up to 50? My psychiatrist cant even answer this cause it's not ordinary practice..I'm so lost please help lol
