I’m starting a small home-based cookie business and I’m currently looking for an oven suitable for baking cookies in batches.

My budget isn’t very high, so I’m mainly looking for a good-quality used oven rather than buying a new one.

I’m open to:

- Electric ovens

- Gas ovens

- Gas + electric ovens

Ideally, I’d like something that can handle consistent temperatures and reasonably sized batches of cookies.

Where would you recommend I look in Lahore for used ovens? Any specific markets or shops shall I consider?

Also, if you have experience with home-based cookie businesses, I’d appreciate recommendations on what type/size of oven I should look for.
