Uber rating dropped to 4.82 recently. I can only think of two instances where drivers and I had disagreed:
A driver giving us a lift from Walmart when visiting Orlando to a Universal resort. Driver asked where we were from, when we said the UK, he put his music up full and said UK folks talk too much.
Driver in the UK refused to drop us at the airport drop off despite the fee saying it included drop off, tried to drop us down the road from the airport, so we said we’d paid for it and he just argued he didn’t get paid for that.
How will this affect my chances of getting rides? And given it feels as though these were relatively innocuous rider actions, how can you protect from getting badly rated for disagreeing with your driver or just not matching what they wanted from a passenger?
