Hello! My family and I plan on moving to the Buda area in December and enrolling our 3rd grader to begin at her new school in January. We are coming from Lubbock and are so excited for the change. We are looking in the Sunfield area but haven’t committed to a home yet. Considering buying or a new build.

My biggest concern right now is my daughter’s new school. We love her school now (only 3, 3rd grader classes, low student to teacher ratio, close knit community, we can walk to campus), and we’re looking for something similar in Buda. What experiences can you share about the schools in Buda?

I’m taking my 8 year old daughter and 5 year old nephew on the 1/2 day racecourse trip. Any reviews? This is the their first time white water rafting so they may be a little nervous but they love new adventures. Are the rapids intense or pretty mild for beginners? My 71 year old mom will be us too so we are looking for a fun yet safe experience where I’m not a nervous wreck! We are staying in Taos.
