I recently purchased a house in Megapolis, Hinjewadi phase 3. My kid is in junior KG.
Pawar Public School is the nearest to me. Any feedback on Pawar Public School would be really helpful.
I am a 35Y IT sales professional with 2 kids: a 4-year-old and a 3-month-old. Current take home (me & my wife combined): 3.25 lakh per month.
Current corpus: 1.35CR {65 lakhs (FD), 45 lakhs (Stocks), 25 lakhs (EPF + side business)}
No financial liability.
I am planning to purchase a 3bhk for self-use (planning to give 60 lakhs from my savings, and take a home loan of 65-75 lakhs).

Megapolis Sangria, Pune: 10-year-old resale property for 1.25Cr (all inclusive). 1215 sq ft carpet. Good society with all the amenities. The construction is Mivan.
Gera Joy on Tree Tops: Under-construction property by Gera developers. Rera date is 2030. Builder committing for 2028. 1215 sq ft carpet. 1.35Cr (all inclusive).
Wait it out: Considering the current unstable job market, should I wait it out?
