I could literally be right next to the other player and like 7 times out of 10 it looks more like a shot than a through ball. Feels like I’m being punished for trying to make plays

I’ve been juggling for about 6 months now, and I’ve gotten 100 juggles, but it doesn’t feel like I’m controlling the ball properly. I wouldn’t say I’m running after it, but in between every five or so juggles I have to extend my leg out, or turn my body to keep going. Is there. What can I do to keep the ball more central?
