It's 1am and I'm trying to install my newly charged battery.
The alarm goes off when I connect the negative.
I have had a look online but the suggestion of using the key fob to turn it off isn't working.
Unlocking the door is not helping either.
I can't be messing around out there having my alarm blaring at this hour but I need the car running for the morning.
Any suggestions please?
The car is a Lexus is 200.
I bought this nice gold ring advertised as a diamond ring.
I think it's unlikely to be a blue diamond. I'd think it's likely topaz or possibly aquamarine.
Either way the stone is loose as I hear it moving around so I'll likely need to source a replacement stone.
I guess I'd have to take it to a jeweller to find out what size stone to source. I know nothing about any of this!
For now I will enjoy it as is. It wasn't expensive so I wouldn't pay to get it checked out.
I'd like to hear some thoughts on it please.
It's not an expensive diamond ring but I like it. And it will do until I have my wedding set resized.

I bought the emerald ring for my pinky and absolutely ballsed up the sizing. I was devastated.
But I finally found a home for her with a couple of other rings I wear.
Ever since putting them together I have been a little obsessed! I can't stop looking at them.
So I'm sharing to get some love.
Unfortunately pictures don't do them justice, they look much nicer in real life.
