I have quite a setup going on, but have been struggling with making it fully work, here it is:
Korg Monologue → Hologram Microcosm (+ EXP pedal)
Yamaha SLG200N → Hologram Chroma Console → Boss RC-5

I’ve tried quite a few things so far and made a few covers, but I still haven’t really found my own sound.
I’ve been experimenting with drones and trip-hop-style percussion, but I struggle to control all the instruments simultaneously, so the dynamic side is often missing. Because of that, I feel like I need to move toward a more static, hypnotic kind of music.
Do you have any ideas on where I could find inspiration, or how to make this approach work well? I listen to different kinds of lo-fi music, and Forest Swords is probably a good reference point for the direction I’m interested in.
