Some ideas for Scarlet Witch skill in the game:

I've been thinking about how Arcsys could make Wanda a completely different magic user from Doctor Strange and Dormammu if they also enter Tōkon; the most rational thing would be to focus on her hex abilities than the heritage magical ones.

First of all: her movement needs to be similar to Storm, with her flying high to front and back and then back to the ground, the Scarlet Witch's hex spheres could function like Zatanna's puppet master system in Injustice, reversing the opponents inputs and Enchantress hex system, with one special attack/move make you take damage or disable your assist for some seconds.

Her assist could be a hex bolt projectile with a chance to increase your current character attack damage to your enemy. Her spells function like Nine the Phantom spells in Central Fiction, with her manna constructs like boxes, shield to pull the character towards you and even conjuring elements like Nine (Nine's teleport can be a good example of how fast she should teleport in the game too). I was thinking about an install for her like Sol has in GG with her pink state in comics increasing the damage of her skills on a certain time limit.

I really hope Scarlet Witch is on Ghost Rider's team.

It makes much more sense for her to be on a team about mystical/supernatural heroes than on a Doom"s team of villains (they literally hate each other all their strength). She hasn't been a villain since 1964, and she's the most prominent woman in the Avengers titles alongside Wasp, Black Widow, and Captain Marvel (she was also part of the Midnight Sons team in both the comics and the tactical role-playing game). Also Wanda being a villain is boring as hell, and Marvel is trying to erase that image the mcu created of her character in other media like Marvel Rivals and comics with her character being named as "hero of the hopeless" and now a Sorceress Supreme (I really believe the Sanctum Sanctorum leaked is her stage in the game).
