Weber 22 cooking for party?

Hey guys! I’m having a cookout for my son’s bday and I own a Weber 22in. I plan on having 20ish people over for burgers, dogs, Arrachera, and drumsticks. I’ve cooked for that many people before but I struggle with cooking everything in a timely manner using the direct and indirect method.
Do you guys suggest cooking everything before? I feel like the food will dry out.
Should I just spread the coals all over the grill?
What do you guys usually do?
