Bybit P2P dispute ongoing since May 4 despite complete evidence submission

I am posting this because my Bybit P2P dispute has been ongoing since May 4, and despite submitting all requested evidence correctly from the very beginning, the case still remains unresolved.

Throughout the dispute, I continuously provided:

- Full bank transfer proof.

- Bank transaction history.

- Proof that no refund was returned.

- Communication with bank support confirming the transfer was successful and irreversible.

- Additional technical explanations and demonstrations related to InstaPay linked bank accounts.

Meanwhile, the seller repeatedly delays the investigation process by responding only near the end of countdown timers or after deadlines expire. In one case, the seller was asked to upload a document within 24 hours, then received an additional 12 hours after claiming the file size was too large, still failed to respond, and after another long delay appeared again saying he would upload the evidence later.

Despite these repeated delays and lack of cooperation, the support team continues extending more time to the seller without clear justification while my crypto assets remain locked and inaccessible.

I already sent my UID and case details through DM to the official Bybit Reddit support account yesterday, but I still have not received any response or escalation update.

At this point, it feels like the seller is benefiting from intentionally prolonging the dispute while I continue suffering the financial and psychological consequences of having my assets locked for such a long time despite providing all requested evidence from day one.

Long Bybit P2P dispute despite successful bank transfer confirmation

I am currently involved in a long Bybit P2P dispute even though my bank confirmed that the transfer was successful and cannot be reversed or canceled from my side.

I made a transfer to an InstaPay-linked phone number provided by the seller. The seller initially claimed that the funds were not received, but later admitted during a phone call that the transfer had actually arrived in another bank account linked to his InstaPay profile. After that, the seller suddenly changed his statements again and started denying receipt once more.

The main issue seems to be that the seller owns multiple linked bank accounts. He keeps showing statements from one specific bank account while refusing to show the actual InstaPay transaction history linked to his phone number, which should reflect transactions across all linked bank accounts.

I already provided:

- Full bank transfer proof.

- Transaction history showing no refund was returned.

- Live chat with my bank confirming the transfer was successful and irreversible.

- Technical demonstration videos explaining how InstaPay linked accounts work and how transaction history behaves after changing linked accounts.

Now Bybit is requesting additional camera-recorded evidence directly showing communication with my bank support team.

Has anyone experienced a similar P2P dispute involving InstaPay or multiple linked bank accounts?
