bought eggs from Aldi and my third egg came with this white thing. Anyone know what it could be? I removed it just to be safe but would still like to know

I want to buy same comforter or close to it (NO DUVET). I don’t know where it’s from nor the material (tag was ripped off). It‘s reversible, heavy almost cooling and it was BIG. I have a king bed and it was a little bigger than a typical king size comforter. I’ve Google searched and I can’t find this exact one. hoping someone knows to let me know where to get a new one from or what material it even was. I want to say it felt like 100% cotton and much like target or Ralph lauren brand (the heavyweight feeling).
