Software and hardware tweaks to maximize flight time

I'm flying air65 II and my 1S batteries are starting to deteriorate a little. Which leaves an average flight time at around 3'40''. Is there anything I can do to squeeze out as much flight time as possible?

Beginner trying to got a grip on throttle control
