Just purchased my first Dyson, the V15 model from Costco.

On the very first use I noticed that the roller attachments inconsistency activate. I tried both the fluffy roller and the anti tangle roller. I also noticed on the fluffy roller that the green light was not always activated when the vacuum is on.

I’m wondering if this is user error of if I need to make a return. In either case this is not the best experience for a first time purchase.

Has anyone else experienced this?
