Advice on creatine
I’ve always been on the fence about creatine, but lately I’ve been considering it. I work out 4-5 times a week and have been for about a year (on and off for about 6 years before). I’m trying to lose weight but keep a lot of my strength, I have around 37% body fat at 284lbs. Should I look into taking creatine to assist on my fitness journey? I have been learning about its physical and cognitive benefits and it sounds attractive to me. Can someone give me some insight on what to do? Any help is appreciated.
