I’ve been taking creatine for 14 years so this isn’t a question of is it safe more so a question of theory

Again I have no fear of taking creatine but I was just theorizing off of a question based on something someone asked me. I was doing some research and it says based on recommended dosage creatine won’t damage you. However, I don’t see much outside of this and my question was even with recommended dosage can creatine cause dehydration or further it in people who aren’t taken in the sufficient amount of water. This derives from me under the assumption that creatine draws water from other places and stores it into your muscles. In my mind that would mean there must be more water to go around in places that may need it. However, I then read somewhere that creatine doesn’t more so draw water from other places to put into the muscles but rather your body as a whole retains more water and some goes into the muscle. So my question is which one is it ? Believing that the first theory is possibly true then I can see it some how causing harm in another area whether it being minimal or serious in a more so indirect way just because of the new distribution of water.

Made my own paint can shaker!

They have them premade on Amazon. I had a few hose clamps laying around. So I attached the paint can to the sawzall blade. Worked perfect. I hate shaking paint cans.

Creatine for women long term negative effects?

Has any women used creatine for a while and then stopped and had negative effects or do you just go back to how you used to be? Can your body still produce it on its own, is dependency a thing?

Any input on how you liked it or don’t like it? Hoping for women’s experience! I’m scared of the bloating lol 😂

Recommendations on a pill thats not huge?

I cannot for the life of me swallow large pills and I prefer no capsules. But all of the gummies taste like crap and I think the powder is inconvenient lol. Any recommendations on a small creatine pill?

Women who take creatine: What benefits have you actually noticed? If you stopped taking it, why?

If you've used it consistently, what changes did you notice? Things like:

  • Strength or gym performance
  • Muscle tone or body composition
  • Energy or recovery
  • Mental clarity or cognition
  • Mood
  • Anything unexpected (good or bad)

If you tried it and stopped, what made you quit?

  • Water retention?
  • Stomach issues?
  • Didn't notice any benefits?
  • Too expensive or inconvenient?
  • Something else?

Also, if you're comfortable sharing:

  • Your age
  • How long you took it
  • How much you were taking per day
  • Whether you lift weights or are just generally active

I'm gathering honest feedback and would love to hear both positive and negative experiences. Thanks!

I know some will say this is fake, but being fat brought out my mothers side (Asian) losing weight brought out my dads side (Australian).

STACK =
Before - 14 pancakes and 2ltr at local k-town
After - 3 peanuts, a sip of water and a 5 minute stare at a cheeseburger.
