The decision that has sparked a regional trade dispute!

Rwandan President Paul Kagame has defended restrictions on some alcoholic drinks, saying the country cannot "sit and watch" as harmful alcoholic products "kill" people. Rwanda recently suspended 52 imported alcoholic products, including brands from Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda, citing public health concerns.

Kenya and Uganda say some of the affected products meet East African Community safety standards and have questioned Rwanda's justification for restricting them.

Doctors at Trincomalee District General Hospital, Sri Lanka, reportedly removed a 3.1 kg bladder stone from a 55-year-old man.

The stone was approximately 17 cm long and was described as being about the size of an ostrich egg.
