Hi everyone, I need help with my fully automatic washing machine issue.
Water is entering the machine normally, but it is not staying inside the drum during wash.
Important points:
Water is coming in fine ✔
It is not leaking from the door/gasket area (glass door and rubber seal are dry) ✔
It is not leaking from the drain outlet pipe or drain filter area ✔
Drain filter area is also dry ✔
But there is a small continuous stream of water coming from underneath the machine ❌
Water seems to be going from somewhere inside (possibly near the gasket area) and ending up under the drum/base of the machine
During wash, water looks like it disappears and the clothes are only getting wet, not properly washing.
I suspect water might be leaking internally and going into the base area under the drum instead of staying in the tub.
Has anyone faced this issue before? What could be the most likely cause (internal hose, tub seal, etc.)?
