This whole mess didn’t come out of nowhere. It started with a hate post targeting one* community. From there, it slowly turned into anger, retaliation, and now… it just feels like we’re all hurting each other without even knowing why anymore. We’re dividing ourselves over things none of us chose at birth. Something none of us had control over… yet we’re using it to judge, mock, and dehumanize each other.
Caste.
I’ve seen people casually throwing hate at some* communities like it means nothing. But behind those labels are real people. People struggling, working, surviving.
I personally know a 50-year-old Kamma* dude who's earning ₹25,000 a month, waking up every day just trying to take care of his family. No privilege, no power - just responsibility and quiet struggle. When we generalize and hate, we erase people like him. We erase their dignity.
Yes, sometimes we joke. Sometimes we troll. But there’s a line. And lately, we’ve crossed it. This isn’t humor anymore. It’s turning into something ugly.
Don’t spread hate. And most importantly, don’t reduce another human being to their caste.
We can be better than this. We should be better than this.
