I’m a new dragon owner, so bear with me. Just got a baby dragon (hatched on May 1), so just a tiny little one. What’s the easiest way to bond with one so small where I don’t feel like I’m going hurt him (no idea if boy or girl yet).

Also I have a heat ceramic bulb (outside the enclosure, hanging above) and his basking area is staying mid to high 80’s and I know they need it warmer what’s the best way to bring up the heat without having to go buy another bulb?
