l've (26F) got this mole (or freckle?) under my foot.
I think it's been there for years and years but because it's under my foot I don't look at it very often. I know a mole under the foot can be ALM.
I'm not sure if it's changed over the years because-like | said- I don't really monitor that area, but I think it might have become slightly more elongated in recent years.

I used to go for mole mappings once a year or every two but my medical aid no longer covers it and I can't really afford a specialist dermatologist appointment unless it's absolutely necessary.
Does it look relatively fine or should I urgently make a dermatology appointment?
