I didn’t have much of a skincare routine other than always moisturizing with a basic moisturizer that I switch up. Lately it’s been LRP double with SPF. I used the peel pads about two weeks ago but then also stated going to the gym again and not being good about being clean after sweating, the flare up came about a couple days ago.

Since the flare up, on day one I used anti dandruff shampoo as a mask followed by lotrimin. Then I decided to use a sulfur mask and ivermectin which I have down two nights in a row, and the picture is today after that. It is pretty close to what I usually look like, just a little more irritated.

I am pretty much looking for advice on how to move forward with a routine to treat whatever this could be (I suspect rosacea). Seeing a derm right now is unfortunately not possible, but hoping to by the end of the year.

I bought some things recommended in several groups like fungal acne, rosacea, and here so if I could use any of those that’s great, if not maybe sometime in the future.
