Help with Joie Mint Latch Fit Check

I’m anxious about my new borns fit in the car seat. It’s the joie mint latch. Im noticing I think that his chin is resting on his chest (can see it more in second picture), should I remove the head cushion or something or could it be how I set him in there? Is there anything else wrong?

Water broke and in labor!

38+6 and my water randomly decided to break this morning. I wasn’t prepared at all so I made my boyfriend help me rush to straighten up our place and pack our hospital bags (yeah definitely should have done that weeks ago). About 2 hours after it broke made it to hospital and was admitted at 1.5cm. At around 3cm I was asking for something for the pain because I couldn’t relax at like all and got iv medication (they where saying that or epidural and I originally said epidural but the person who was supposed to do it was in a surgery 😢). I was loopy and kept saying weird things and it took the edge off for about a hour, then I started feeling a lot of pain again really often so I asked for epidural finally after that hour. Waiting that like 20 minutes for the epidural felt like foreverrrrrr, but when I finally got it I started feeling a lot better. I was really thirsty and nauseous from the iv medication from early, so after drinking copious amounts of water I threw up EVERYTHING in my system. Felt a lot better after that and got zofran and ice chips as well. They checked me pretty soon after and I was at a 4 by then. Now it’s been about 12 hours since my water broke and apparently I’m contracting about every 1.5 minutes so thank god for the epidural and I just gotta say people who do this naturally are superwomen because omg I could never 😭😭.

Just typing when I should probably be napping as I’ll probably have a baby tonight, but I’m nervous so 🤷🤷

Anyone else is the last few weeks become nocturnal?

Im currently 38 weeks plus some days and my sleep routine is now like wake up between 12-2pm, stay up a hour or two, take a nap for a hour or two, maybe take another nap, then stay up all night until around 5-6am.

I’ve kinda given up on fixing it as this point as I’m not really doing anything during the day and once my baby’s here it will just get messed up again 😅.
