Social Media Manager:

Niche-based content planning, ideation, writing and execution - Major focus towards Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
Ad campaigns creation, management, budget handling and cycling - Mainly for meta, Google is an added advantage.
Should be able to grow the accounts organically as well.
AI Skills - To create avatars and post content that doesn't look like AI-made.
Handle CRM, Meta and CRM Integrations
Lead generation (Quality of leads will be evaluated)
Should share the metrics and channels handled, along with content ideated and created.
Knowledge and grasp/Willingness to learn concepts of civil engineering and other concepts are key to planning technical content.

Cameraman + Editing:

Should be able to plan the video taking, lighting and should have a complete grasp of iPhone camera settings and should be able to handle APS/mid-range cameras for video shooting of reels/shorts.
Should have a complete grasp of good video shooting for cinematic and non-cinematic content for social media (Short form)
Editing mainly focused towards reels and shorts.
Motion Graphics
Working knowledge of relevant AI tools is an added advantage.

Sales Associate:

Should be able to handle 50-60+ calls a day, with each call ranging from 5-7 minutes.
Attention to detail is very important.
Looking for people who have a skill of a closure rate of 15-20% at the very minimum, additional incentives will be added to the salary if the closure rate is at 30% or higher.
Should be a self-starter.

Civil engineer (2 Categories):

Office-based:

Command on MS Office Suite compulsory (PowerPoint, Excel are the main requirements)
The ability to use AI tools effectively in report generation is expected.
Should have complete knowledge of civil engineering basics, especially for residential problems and fixes for those problems and also be able to catch the mistakes AI makes.
Willingness to self-learn new things based on the requirements of the job is also expected.
Highly organised, detail-oriented and task-driven folks with great time management expected.

Site-Based: (Rajahmundry, Vizag, Vijayawada and Hyderabad) (Men only - Involves a lot of travel).

Home Inspectors:

Complete knowledge required about: Flooring (Tiles, Natural Stone, Concrete, Etc) and Dado, Masonry works (Red Brick, AAC, ACC, Other), Water leak causes, common failure points in residential construction and Common bad practices employed in construction methods and how to find them.
Working knowledge required in: Plumbing, Electrical.
Good to have knowledge: Water quality, Air Quality and effects on humans, structures.
Should be detail-oriented with the ability to capture every detail and good narration skills
People with leadership skills will be promoted quickly to city heads.
Incentives will be given over and above the base salary for bringing in new business.
Should help with reporting of the inspections.

Waterproofing Engineer:

Should have the correct knowledge about waterproofing applications.
Should have the do it right attitude.
Should be able to handle the labour team.
Ability to handle multiple projects at the posted location.
Should be truthful and honest at all times.
Should take ownership of the work assigned.
People with leadership skills will be promoted quickly to city heads.
Incentives will be given over and above the base salary for bringing in new business.
Should document the entire work done at site
