I recently had this incident with a lead (curbside) over something extremely petty and he said if it happens again it will be a note to file. Do these even matter or is this just a power trip / ego thing they can do because they feel like people aren’t listening to them? Is it likely to actually escalate or what? I have no steps or any other issues just threatened with a NTF.
