Booked UAL flights with points, and want to cancel after 24 hours, agent said I can only get a UAL credit.
I booked a UAL flight using my AmEx Business Platinum points and called to cancel the flight today (after 24 hours). The agent said I can cancel, but will receive UAL credit that expires a year from the original purchase date. Is this correct, I cannot get my AmEx MRs back?
