Xbox frustration dont know what to do!!!
This post is mainly to voice out my frustration i seriously may never go back to xbox its ridiculous. And their phone support is awful and i dont trust them and dont know what to do.
I got an email saying suspicious activity on my account and it needs to send an email to my backup email to verify my account. This email i created in college and have no access to it. So i had to do the account recovery form to get access and boom easy peasy got access problem solved i thought….
Then couple days later i get another email my backup email is being changed to aghducicnndhshcux@mememe.com if you didnt request this please click here. I click there and again send email to this backup email. So i try to log in now to change this email ertttt it says that i need to send a code to the backup email.
I then call xbox which is an awful process to begin with. And the first lady says i gotta do the account recovery form again… so i hang up on her and call again and the dudes just like uhhh idk blah blah blah so i end up just doing the account recovery again and change my password and then i get into the account again and it says i have to wait 30 days to change my backup email…
So now a couple days later i go to log into xbox it asks for my password i put it in easy peasy. Next day on my other xbox it asks for my password this one does not work… now i cant log into my microsoft account… i do another account recovery this time it says nope doesnt work incorrect info.
I am just so pissed at this experience why in the world cant they just add my security details over the phone or change my pw over the phone or have a direct line to call???
