OKAY, so I have a ps1 with the red/white/yellow AV cable. I have not used it in about 5 years, but it worked fine with my old tube tv that I unfortunately got rid of.

I have a more modern (not new new) smart tv that I have tried to hook the ps1 up to, only for the video quality to be so atrocious I cannot play anything and barely see the game.

I tried buying an AV to HDMI converter thinking that would fix the issue, but it did not. I went out and bought a CRT TV with the yellow and white inputs, and I cannot see the game but can hear it. When the ps1 is not plugged in, the CRT screen is blue. I cannot tell if this issue is my cable or my tv.

Can someone pls help?? Sincerely, someone that just wants to play some frogger and rayman.

Not opposed to reselling the CRT, I just want a setup that works!!

I’m familiar with a lot of the non toxic fashion, but are there any brands that I’m missing that are cute and affordable?? I was just looking at the Indigo Luna store for example, and a tiny tank is like $60. Do any of you have some favorite go to’s that don’t break the bank?

I understand it costs more for organic etc etc so those comments are unnecessary. my question still stands.
