I'm previously recognized via JS and working to get my wife's JM application in and I'm banging my head against the wall trying to get my marriage certificate from ANPR and can not make a payment for the stamp. No credit card works. None of the other options work. I saw someone mention PayPal on an older closed thread but that doesn't work either.
I also tried Pratiche.it and paid them 3x the cost and two weeks later I still don't have a document.
Do I have other options or do I just hope for the best that Patiche eventually delivers?
This is the final document we need before sending everything to LA consulate for review. All the required background checks, translations, apostilles are ready to go.
