PMDD and perimenopause have taken my wife away from me. As a result, she no longer touches me tenderly. If she does touch me, it's an aggressive hug or a bite on the cheek. I can tell these are coming from a source of rage or frustration which nowadays causes me to recoil instead of reciprocating.

Even when the peri or PMDD are not in control, it's getting harder and harder to forget the hateful behavior she extends towards me during luteal.

I feel so lonely.
