Etoro just refuses to let me withdraw my money OR even use it to buy stocks.

I tried to withdraw to different SEPA Accounts from my EUR wallet. It always says "this payment can not be processed at the moment". Tried from the app and desktop. Also I can not use EUR funds to buy any stocks , it says my EUR account can not be used for deposits to my dollar account. So my money is unusable stuck on the platform. I jumped through every hoop, fully verified and all and still getting fucked over.

I opened a ticket and so far only got autoresponses. I will update/delete this thread once my issue got resolved.
