We usually get our CL and PL commissions by the 28th or 29th of each month. Our last pay date was 05/28. That statement date was 05/26. The next statement date was 06/01. IWe did not receive anything in June.
I realize they have the big billing change going on right now, but we have not received any communication from them about late commissions.

We are building out a second floor office space in a small city. We need stamped drawings, but because I already have a layout and CAD files, I thought Upwork would be a good option to get these stamped drawings for the city.
I received four proposals, all clearly done with AI. They all have the same number of paragraphs, same points, same structure, same tone. Clearly AI. I do not have too much of a problem with that. People use AI for this and I get that.
However, they are all also new to upwork, with no completed jobs, $0 earned. Not familiar enough with the site to know if this is always a "no go". Can you give me some guidance on how to evaluate this?
