AliExpress purchase?

So I'm not able to spend a whole lot of cash at the moment but want to get into BFS casting. I mainly fish rivers and streams in Colorado and for the most part throw 50-70mm jerk baits. Is there a rod and reel that can be purchased on AliExpress that won't exceed $150 and still be quality? Links if possible, if not, names would be great. What might you recommend?

Newb question

So I just joined the group, I've always wanted to use a down sized bait caster for trout in the streams and rivers in Colorado. Didn't even know it was a thing until yesterday. What advantages are there in using a bait caster for trout apposed to a spinning set up?
