this item looks very viable now 70 ad and 450 hp for 3k gold. it’s similar to when we used to build old spear of shojin just because of how much stats it gave..

plus 20% ms and ult haste is pretty nice. atk spd also may reduce the need to constantly take legend alacrity, and instead take legend haste, making up for the lack of haste on this item.
