Ever wonder what happened to those one hit wonders of music industry. Those people who play or make a one hit song and then *poof* vanished. Like these people have the potential of doing and making things happen but my god its not really simple as it looks. Take a look at an npc for example. Guy just wakes up go to work come back home repeat. Until the next paycheck. Nofap is just the same. You make a one hit of a month or multiple months and then you're back on the same track. So instead of just blindly trying to quit, try to make a shape of it. Like for me I was not really into playing video games but due to lack of dopamine I just tried one out and now I constantly play video games all the time. Let's say that this is some sort of desentesization. I mean you don't really have absolutely nothing in your mind and your scared to try new things which might get you in trouble. So you just do something that any normal person would do. Waste time. That exactly is going to happen to you if you do not plan out your life and day everyday. Don't be a one hit wonder. Be a long time runner up. Cuz at the end of the day one timer works but people remember the one who kept going.
