So basically I’m a one off campaign set in a forest, I used pursuer as my character and the only other non-dm character was a tree named treeson (who is a tree) and They both went into this dark forest (Pursuer came because he sensed the threat), then they came across a human sized black seed floating in the middle of the forest (which was the threat) and then the seed summoned a tree giant (called the tree warden), so pursuer used howl on the tree golem to blind and slow him, then treeson climbed into the hollow tree warden and came face to face with its core, but then pursuer just went to slice the seed in half.

The tree warden collapsed, freeing its soul and putting him to rest.

Then the seed pursuer sliced in half turned into a humanoid called the “thorn Druid” but treeson just talked it out with her and then she remembered that she was the forest Druid and she gave then special rewards.

Pursuer got a mark on his sword that lets him do a ton more damage to corrupted creatures and treeson got the ability to revive a part of the nature around them.

So I was just playing a solo run of animal hospital and then suddenly this thing appears at my table, so I closed the gate on him and he just came and killed me, he said something like “ahh, free meat” while coming after me, what should I do next time I run into him.
